Contract Description:

The Fort Belvoir Base Operations Support Services contract was designed to provide operations and maintenance support for the Fort Belvoir community. These services cover a wide range of DPW Functions designed to maintain and enhance the intrastructure, while providing cost effective and responsive services. KIRA is proud to take the direction from the Fort Belvoir's Public Works Department in accomplishing this important mission.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
  • Roads and Grounds Maintenance
  • UPH and Facilities Maintenance
  • Hospital Maintenance
  • Plant Maintenance
Other Contract Requirements:
 
  • Maintenance of all surface roads at Fort Belvoir, including snow removal and resurfacing
  • Maintenance of electrical systems including emergency generators and lighting, and fire alarms
  • Maintenance of all heating, plumbing, air conditioning, storm drain, refrigeration, ventilation, and fire suppression systems
  • Warehousing and supply for all project materials
