"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank KIRA, Inc. for the expedient response and true concern to our occupants during our sub-zero temperatures that froze up the water lines in eight of our housing units in early February. The damage was phenomenal as our units experienced severe damage to the unit as well as household belongings. The KIRA maintenance team led by Project Manager Bob Brown worked with us for long hours from the beginning to the completion.
